The Hadley Approach
Upon joining The Hadley Group, all new employees receive a detailed and thorough induction. The aim of the induction is to introduce you to the company mission and vision, business objectives, policy, working practices, products and customers as well as your specific responsibilities and duties for your job role.
All employees should have mutual respect for each other based on an understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Employees must understand the demands of their job and how their actions can affect their customers, colleagues and neighbours.
