Hadley Allied Products has been offering metal bending, curving and fabrication services using cold rolling and cold bending techniques for almost 50 years combining a blend of both commercially available and in-house designed and built plant and equipment. This unique capability has made Hadley Group the market leader in terms of product and process innovation and scale as we are now the largest UK cold roll forming company.
This scale provides economies of scale not available to many of our competitors along with a professional, comprehensive and competitive service. With multiple sites operating around the clock we are able to provide fast and efficient service regardless of scale. From a single product to a large scale production run we have the capacity and capability to deliver.
CNC Press Braking
With our 170T 4M Press Brake we are able to produce products and profiles up to 4000mm in length. Simple custom size channels, angles and top hat profiles right up to complex punched and formed products and sections to your exact requirements.
CNC Turret Punching
Our 30T High Speed CNC Punching machine is capable of up to 6mm Mild Steel, 4mm Stainless and products from sheets up to 4000x1250mm, able to produce holes, features, stampings, and forms to your exact requirements.
CNC Guillotine
We also have an LVD HST 4M machine to handle upto 6mm MS, 4mm Stainless to compliment our manufacturing capability.
Automated Blanking / Cut to Length Line
The most efficient method of cut to length blank manufacture remains a coil fed press with an accuracy of ±0.01 and automated running adjustment to convert coil to finished product in a single process quickly and efficiently in infinitely variable volumes and lengths.
Fabrication & Assembly
Our dedicated team of fabrication and assembly engineers ensure your products meet all your finished requirements and delivering to you 'ready to go'. Some of our recent successes are so new we are keeping under wraps some of our latest projects.

Summary
Hadley Allied Products is a highly flexible manufacturing unit for fast response manufacturing of prototypes, sub contracting sheet metal work, allied products to support your rolled sections, high volume products that are not roll formed products and a method to produce initial volumes of section that will become rolled volume quantities.
