Job Description:

The Hadley Group is transitioning to become a sales led business and a vital key aspect of this is exploiting the digital space to attract and convert new business through its online presence.

 

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for online marketing campaigns and implementing customer nurturing initiatives across both web and CRM environments. The individual would also need to produce all relevant products for print and online using a variety of software including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and JavaScript.  Additionally, the jobholder will be expected to ensure that digital role utilises the latest techniques.

 

Alongside this, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reports for tracking and managing key metrics which track and monitor online performance at channel and campaign level.  You will optimise campaign performance through testing and tracking, along with creating reports for senior stakeholders, a key part of the role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency in reporting analytics across online marketing activities - using the marketing dashboard (CRM) to identify areas of opportunity with digital activity.
  • Optimise campaign performance through testing and tracking, along with creating reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Produce all relevant products for print and online, using a variety of software including Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator.
  •   Build and manage monthly reports and analysis templates using information drawn from Google Analytics (GA).
  • Create email campaigns within the CRM system using HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
  • Creating artwork for campaigns by adhering to marketing brand guidelines
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  • Work alongside the Communications Executive to develop the Hadley Group website and continuous management of the website post launch through the CMS tool.
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content.
  • Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites



Experience:

  • 1-2 years minimum of digital marketing experience
  • Portfolio of previous marketing collateral/designs to show initiative and capability
  • Knowledge and experience of digital design, its implementation and development.
  • Ideally, appreciation of web design, knowledge of CSS, CMS and responsive design principles



Qualifications Required:

  • Degree linked to either Marketing or IT & Business
  • Web development courses/qualifications preferred
  • Occasional UK travel for exhibitions will be required
  • Full driving licence required
