Management Systems Coordinator (Quality Bias)

Job Description:

The Hadley Group requires a Management Systems Coordinator (Quality Bias) to maintain and improve the current Hadley Group quality management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and develop the processes necessary to implement an IATF 16949:2016 compliant quality management system within the Hadley Group.



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the Hadley Group documented Quality Management Systems.
  • Develop existing ISO 9001 compliant systems to conform to the requirements of IATF 16949:2016.
  • Generate QMS internal auditing programs.
  • Conduct quality management system internal audits to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
  • Conduct quality management system internal audits to the requirements of IATF 16949:2016.
  • Liaise with external auditing bodies to co-ordinate quality management system audits.
  • Conduct quality management system training to Hadley Group employees.
  • Liaise with the Environmental Management Systems Co-ordinator to ensure consistency of processes and documentation across the implemented management Standards.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the Hadley Group Health & Safety Management System.
  • Conduct H&S management system internal audits to the requirements of BS OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 as required.



Experience:

  • Prior experience of implementing, maintaining and auditing quality management systems to the requirements of ISO 9001 and TS 16949
  • Train the trainer/instruction skills

Qualifications Required:

  • TS / IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certificate.
  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certificate.
  • CQI membership
